DDS. Paydas was born in Sweden and completed his dental education at the Faculty of Dentistry at Near East University in Cyprus. During his education, he focused particularly on aesthetic and digital dentistry, building his professional vision around modern technologies and global standards. He has continuously developed his professional competence by actively participating in national and international congresses, advanced training programs, and certification processes. He has strong clinical experience in aesthetic restorative treatments, digital smile design, and patient-focused treatment planning. Fluent in English and Swedish, Dt. Paydas plays an active role especially in international patient communication and health tourism. As the founder of IdealCare Health Group, he has combined a modern approach to dentistry with a corporate structure, creating a healthcare ecosystem that provides services aligned with ethical values, sustainability, and international standards. His vision is to provide every patient with a personalized, high-satisfaction treatment experience based on technology, aesthetics, and trust. DDS. DDS, PhD Toprakseven
DDS, PhD. Toprakseven, born in Istanbul, completed his dental education at the Faculty of Dentistry at Yeditepe University, Istanbul. He later continued his specialization training in the Prosthetic Dentistry PhD Program at the same university. In his professional practice, he focuses particularly on prosthetic dental treatments, implant-supported restorations, aesthetic dentistry, and digital dentistry applications. He has worked in various clinics and Oral and Dental Health Centers (ADSM) in Istanbul in the field of Prosthetic Dentistry, carrying out treatment planning and procedures ranging from single-tooth replacements to fully edentulous (complete tooth loss) cases. He actively participates in national and international congresses and training programs, keeping his professional knowledge and skills continuously up to date. In addition to his native language Turkish, he speaks fluent English & French. With his scientific approach, aesthetic perspective, and patient-centered treatment planning, he aims to provide functional and long-lasting restorations. DDS. Yapicİ, born in Bursa, completed her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Dentistry at Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Turkey. During her education, especially through the clinical experience she gained during the pandemic period, she developed strong competencies in infection control, patient safety, and ethical professional practice. After graduation, she actively worked in various oral and dental health clinics, gaining experience in general dentistry practices, aesthetic restorative treatments, and patient-satisfaction-focused clinical process management. She adopts a working approach that prioritizes continuous professional development, adherence to ethical values, and strong patient communication. With her friendly approach and meticulous clinical practices, she aims to provide reliable and sustainable treatment processes. DDS. DDS, PHD. Kalaycioglu his educated at the Faculty of Dentistry at Yeditepe University. Following his undergraduate studies, he was accepted into the PhD Program in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the same university. In his professional practice, Dr. Kalaycioglu focuses on advanced surgical procedures. He has extensive experience in complex surgical treatments such as impacted tooth extractions, cyst surgeries, sinus lift surgery, advanced implant surgery, and bone augmentation procedures. He follows scientific protocols in multidisciplinary case planning and adopts treatment approaches that aim for predictable outcomes and high long-term success rates. He continuously advances his professional development by actively participating in national and international congresses, symposiums, seminars, and advanced surgical training programs. By integrating current literature and technological innovations into his clinical practice, he offers a surgical approach that prioritizes patient safety and strong complication management.
